What to report
Please report concerns about:

How requests are reviewed
The accountable editor checks the published text, article research record, cited sources, and any new evidence. Clinical or safety questions are escalated to an appropriately qualified reviewer when required. Commercial and disclosure questions are checked against the current offer and relationship record.
A merchant, source author, or reviewer may provide relevant facts, but no interested party can require favorable wording or suppress a supported conclusion.
How corrections appear
Material corrections are made promptly after verification. When a change affects the meaning, safety, evidence conclusion, product evaluation, or disclosure, the page should identify what changed and update its review date.
Minor spelling, grammar, formatting, or link repairs that do not change meaning may be fixed without a formal correction note.
If a page can no longer be supported, it may be revised, marked for additional review, removed from referrals, set to noindex, or withdrawn.
