About
Vertigo Research HQ is an independent decision-support publication for people trying to make sense of vertigo and dizziness information, treatment choices, and supplement claims.
We publish fewer pages on purpose. A topic must be exceptionally useful and close to a real decision before it enters our publication process.
Who we serve
Our primary reader is not browsing health trivia. They may be trying to understand a new symptom pattern, compare treatment approaches, or decide whether a supplement claim deserves their money and attention.
We write for adults who want direct answers, readable evidence, clear uncertainty, and a sensible next step. We do not assume that every reader is comfortable interpreting clinical studies, medical terminology, or a Supplement Facts label.
What we publish
Our launch library concentrates on four connected needs:
- recognizing when dizziness should move away from self-care and toward medical assessment;
- understanding why different causes of dizziness call for different questions and treatments;
- comparing the evidence behind treatments, maneuvers, ingredients, and product claims; and
- evaluating supplement labels, doses, testing, sellers, and purchase terms before buying.
Vertigo Research HQ is not intended to be a complete medical encyclopedia. We prioritize decision points where careful research can prevent confusion, delay, or an unsupported purchase.
How our work is prepared
Every launch article must have a documented research and review package. The package covers reader intent, current search results, source selection, claim-level evidence, clinical safety, supplement and advertising rules, commercial relevance, editing, accessibility, metadata, links, and browser behavior.
Medical review is required when a page materially interprets diagnosis, treatment, dosage, interactions, prognosis, red flags, or clinical evidence. It is one review lane, not a substitute for the rest of the process. Read our research methodology, editorial standards, and medical review policy.
Editorial and commercial separation
Affiliate compensation never decides whether a topic is published or what the evidence says. A page can show a referral only after it separately passes editorial usefulness, commercial proximity, evidence, safety, disclosure, and offer-eligibility checks.
Article copy does not hardcode a merchant. Approved offers and referral experiments are maintained separately from editorial content, and commercially eligible links are disclosed near the relevant action. See our affiliate disclosure.
What we cannot do
This site provides education and decision support. It does not diagnose a condition, recommend treatment for an individual, replace a clinician or pharmacist, or provide emergency services.

Accountability
We invite readers, clinicians, researchers, and merchants to report factual errors, unclear sourcing, outdated information, or undisclosed conflicts.
